Workstation support is classified as any support performed regarding a desktop or a laptop. For example: eliminating spyware, troubleshooting email issues or installing/configuring new company software.
Networking support is classified as any support performed regarding your networking electronics. For example: troubleshooting your wireless router, installing a new switch or Virtual Private Networking Hardware or Software.
Server support is classified as any support performed regarding your server hardware or software. For example: troubleshooting any server based software, configuring or troubleshooting backup system, add/removing users from the domain, etc.
