My business does wireless business with AT&T, during the rollout of their new 4G service I had major reception issues with one of our phones. After working wtih Tech Support for 3 months, no change for the better with reception. Here enters social media, after posting a comment on AT&T's Facebook Page a Social Media Customer Service Representative contacted me via email and within 48 hours they had a dedicated team handling my issue. After 10 days AT&T resolved our issue by crediting our account and giving us a new phone. In a world of so many people and dealing with so many tech supports department, I was truly amazed that by reaching out on Social Media, I had my issue resolved quickly.
