Hourly Support Rates

Nelson Elite has various types of support and corresponding rates. Support contracts are also available on a monthly or yearly basis. Please keep in mind that all support is to be conducted during normal business hours, 9am - 5pm, and rates have a 1 Hour Minimum and additional hardware and software purchases are not included in the hourly support rates shown below.
